Each class is an opportunity to uncover more layers of yourself, embrace your authenticity, and align with your highest excitement. It's a journey of becoming more YOU.

MONDAY

10:00AM: MOONDAY YOGA WITH ELANA KAUFMAN

Start off your week with a nourishing exploration of presence through yogic movement and whole-being self care. Moonday Yoga is an invitation to feel fully, listen to your body’s intuition and practice intentionally with the moon phases and seasonal shifts. This space is held to connect with self and community and draws from Ayurveda, Asana practices from Hatha, Yin & Restorative Yoga, and the rhythms of the natural world.

Open to all levels of experience!

TUESDAY

8:45AM: ELEMENTAL FLOW WITH ALLISON JANE

Yoga is presence, peace, and freedom. Elevate your practice with Elemental Flow, a breath-based and alignment-focused yoga class for advanced practitioners and those looking to deepen their skills. This practice purifies the physical and energetic bodies, fostering grace and ease in life.

Each month, we focus on a specific element, building our relationship through layered asana, kriya, pranayama, mudras, and meditations. Elemental Flow heightens awareness, generating physical strength, mental clarity, and heart openness. Rooted in the ISHTA lineage, this class honors individual spirit, offering modifications for all bodies.

Join us and delve into the elements: Air (September), Ether (October). Embrace this transformative journey with us.

5:45PM: SWEAT & CRY WITH LUKE SIMON

Maintenance for your body and spirit. Move through a fluid physical practice to awaken your energy body and circulation. We will end with a short hilo tropic breathwork practice to cleanse your energy body and release stuck emotions. The goal is softening the mind armor that keeps us from feeling. You are welcome to cry, but it's not required.

This is a safe space to move energy and reconnect to the layers of your vitality and emotionality. You'll leave feeling fully alive. 

WEDNESDAY

5:45 PM: LIKE NO ONE IS WATCHING WITH CATHERINE MERINGOLO

An approachable guided dance class. Creating a safe place for you to let go of self-consciousness and connect to the joy of moving.

Sessions consist of free-form continual movement for one hour and end with a guided meditation to integrate and ease back into the world. This class is a place to connect to your body's individual expression and experience the pleasure of moving!

THURSDAY

6:00PM: THE KNOW-WHERE CLUB WITH CORINNA BARSAN (MONTHLY)

Welcome to Earth School. Even when you feel like you’re nowhere, a part of you does know where you are. The magic happens when we connect to that knowing. The Know-where Club is an extracurricular community where we learn about ourselves through the Akashic Records. We are all connected to that field of infinite potential. The Akashic Records offer us clarity: to see where we’re stuck in detention, connect to our longings and feelings, shift perspective, and take that next step on the path.

Together, we’ll open the Records for a collective message, explore through a guided journey, have an opportunity to receive personal insight from this higher dimension of consciousness, and all leave with deeper soul knowing. Come play cosmic hooky together as we expand into self-discovery.

6:30PM: RESTORATIVE RESET WITH ELANA KAUFMAN (MONTHLY)

Restorative Reset is an offering to ground and rejuvenate through Restorative Yoga. This practice utilizes props to provide a supported experience of Yoga shapes where we can embody slow opening, effortlessness and release.

While the body is resting in stillness, we bring attention to the breath and various breathing techniques to move prāṇa (life force) and empower ourselves to find self regulation, rejuvenation and connection both on and off the mat.

7:00PM: BREATHSCAPES WITH AMY SHEARER (MONTHLY)

This unique class combines gentle movements with profound breathwork techniques to regulate your nervous system, balance your emotions, and elevate your spiritual awareness.

Guided meditations deepen the experience, fostering moments of profound peace and introspection so you can connect more deeply with your inner landscape.

Each session concludes with a reflective period, allowing you to integrate and ground the shifts experienced.

FRIDAY

10:00AM: VENUS DAY WITH ANA GIOIA

Venus Day is a big invitation to claim your space and be in your body. It is a full system prayer- a somatic reset experience that combines movement, breathwork, and meditation. The class is carefully designed to be aligned with the moon phase, astrological transits (specifically but not only Venus) and season. It is an opportunity to fill your cup, land at the end of the week, slow down, reset, sweat and lean into the Venusian Energies of softness, sensuality, aliveness and connection. This includes a blend of Kundalini and Vinyasa Yoga that is designed to create grounding, alignment, and balance of both the physical and energetic bodies. 

Come comfortable, ready to release and share, move and rest. Classes often include an optional flower essence and allow for opportunities to customize your flow intuitively.
